What payment methods are available?
It is possible to pay directly on the site by credit card or via an intermediary such as Paypal or Google Pay. However, it is also possible to pay on delivery by debit card or credit card.
How to order?
To place an order, visit the store and add the products to your cart. You can then access your cart using the bag icon at the top right of the page. Confirm your order by entering all the necessary information. You will receive an order confirmation email to the address you specified. If you have not received a confirmation email, please write to us at contact@gourmans.ca.
I did not receive an order confirmation email.
Check that your cart is empty and that you have confirmed the order by entering all the necessary information. If you still have not received anything after placing the order, please contact us at contact@gourmans.ca.
How does the delivery take place and what are the deadlines?
Deliveries are made every Thursday. To be delivered on Thursday, you must finalize your order on the site the previous Tuesday before 11:59 p.m. After this period, your order will be delivered to you the following Thursday.
Example 1: I placed my order on Tuesday March 2 at 2 p.m. I will be delivered on Thursday March 4th.
Example 2: I placed my order on Saturday February 27th. I will be delivered on Thursday March 4th.
Example 3: I placed my order on Wednesday March 3 at 8am. I will be delivered on Thursday March 11th.

I would like to order pastries for a private event (baby shower, wedding, birthday, etc.), is this possible?
Yes of course! You can contact us via the form on the Contact page or directly by email at contact@gourmans.ca.
Do you take orders for corporate events?
Yes! We offer catering for all types of events, with or without service. You can contact us via the form on the Contact page or directly by email at contact@gourmans.ca.
Is it possible to have it delivered?
Yes of course, for any order placed on the site, only delivery in person is offered.
For all catering orders, delivery and pickup are available.
Is pickup available?
For now, only catering orders are available for pickup. For orders placed on the site, pickup will be available in the future.
I made a mistake on my order. How can I modify it?

Is everything homemade?
Yes and we are committed to it! All our pastries are homemade and we carefully select our ingredients to offer the best possible pastries for our gourmet customers!
How long can I keep my pastries?
It depends on the pastries. To find out the conservation time and method for each of the pastries, please consult the "More information" section of their detailed sheet.
Do you offer vegan products?
Some vegan pastries are available for catering orders. We are working on adding vegan pastries to the online store in the future.
