A year after registering, six months after the date was postponed, and after months of preparation, doubts, and fatigue — there we were. Stand 54, Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie 2026. Gourmans, in flesh and chocolate.

We still can't quite believe it.

Months of unanswered questions

When you're preparing for an exhibition of this magnitude for the first time, you're navigating by sight. It was our first experience as exhibitors at an event of this size, and questions kept piling up: how many visitors would stop at our stand? How many boxes should we plan for? Would we be up to the task?

We planned as best we could, hoping it would be enough.

The results in figures

The four days have passed, and here's what we can say:

  • Over 4,300 people tasted Gourmans products
  • Over 300 boxes sold

Figures we didn't dare to hope for.

What no Excel spreadsheet could predict

Beyond the statistics, these four days were intense — physically (my back is still recovering) and especially emotionally. We didn't expect such a wave of love for our products. The visitors' feedback, their smiles, their sincere comments... these are the moments that remind you why you do this job.

A heartfelt thank you

If we're still standing after all this, it's thanks to you. Thank you for giving us the energy to continue. Thank you for reminding us of the meaning of our work. Thank you for coming, for tasting, for sharing.

See you very soon for what's next — it promises to be wonderful. 🍫
