We are delighted to announce that our Mother's Day Entremets is now available for pre-order for the weekend of May 8-10. 

A dessert with fresh and balanced flavors

This year's entremets plays on fresh and luminous notes. It is composed of a white chocolate and lime mousse, a lime dacquoise, a raspberry confit, and a creamy lime layer. All of this rests on a reconstituted lime shortbread, which adds a lovely crunchy touch to every bite.

The result: an elegant dessert, not too sweet, combining the sweetness of white chocolate with the acidity of lime and the richness of raspberry. A balance we refined so that each layer has its place.
