Yesterday, Gour'Mans had the chance to be one of the partners at the 5@7 for the 10th anniversary of the alt Hotel Griffintown (Montreal).
On this occasion, we made 180 macarons bearing the image of the Alt Hotel and their 10th anniversary:
The macarons had a great effect, especially the salted butter caramel which remains the favorite of gourmets ;)
Among the partners, we were also able to discover:
- David Francis Wines who introduced us to Quebec wines 🍷
- Ufrost which revisits the cocktail experience thanks to the cold ❄️
- Collectif Ensemble who introduced us to Quebec beers 🍺
- Zibo Restaurant who fed us before Gour'Mans served dessert 🍲
- Nespresso, which needs no introduction ☕
